Bryson Tiller has been on high levels of success since releasing his song “Don’t,” which is an R&B trap inspired song with the influence of Drake visible. The track gained about 18 million plays in under a year. The singer from Louisville, Kentucky has been able to gain some traction from the co-sign of Drake and just plain hard work.

Here is what he had to say about the song’s creation:

“I recorded this song in my living room,” he tells FADER. “The last thing I expected was the reaction it’s received from everyone. It still surprises me ’til this day.”

TRAPSOUL, which is Bryson Tiller’s upcoming mixtape, is due this fall.
